Allow your self to acknowledge and take time to celebrate the change of seasons. Nourish and restore your senses while attuning to Earth's natural cycles. Reset the mind, body, and breath!
Before we close out summer we will take time to reflect, self soothe, and set intentions in preparation to transition to Autumn. You can expect a gentle yoga session combined with a guided moving meditation, breathing practices, completed with a ceremonial releasing ritual where we will reflect and introspect. Props will be provided, and a journal is recommended.
